Interior Painting

Our weapon of choice is the airless spray gun. With airless spray technology, the paint enters into small crevices, lesser thinner is required, and a highly 'wet' coating that is both thick and uniform is the end result. What this means for you is the paint is applied in a highly efficient way, it dries faster and the job is also completed as quickly as possible, minimising inconvenience to the maximum extent possible.
For those who suffer from asthma and other types of breathing difficulties, eco-friendly paint is what is recommended. This is non-toxic and water-based. Only high-quality products are used by us at all times.

Plastering

There is only one reason why this is done - to give your walls a smooth appearance, so that when the paint is applied over it, it looks even instead of emphasizing all the nooks and crannies and where the bricks meet the cement and so on. Nobody needs to know (or see) all that, and plastering the walls prior to the application of paint aids in a polished, refined appearance at the end.

There are different materials used for plastering, and the best approach in terms of time, effort and money depends on the construction of the walls/ceiling and its age.

Exterior Painting

First appearances count towards a lot when it comes to your customers, neighbours or visitors forming their initial impressions of you. What better way to achieve this than by choosing for the exteriors of your home, residential building or commercial property a colour that does just this?
Some of the basic things you need to look out for when finalising on a paint for your building's exteriors are:

• Resistance: It should be resistant to mildew and mould

• Durability: It should be long-lasting
• Performance: It should be able to withstand the elements of nature for many years.

Roof Painting

Painting a roof always depends on the materials used for the construction of the roof. However, one common factor when it comes to painting of roofs is that the surface of the roof is to be cleaned prior to the application of paint. If it is a generally rough surface, using a high pressure water cleaner is recommended so that water enters pores and clears it of mould. For a smooth surface, a plain water hose, a broom and a detergent or cleaning chemical might do the trick. Washing with a degreaser is what needs to be done in the case of corrugated roofs, and tiled roofs need to be checked for damaged tiles and replacements done first.
After the roof has been cleaned and is dry, painting is done according to the type of roof. Airless spraying works most of the time, but not on a windy day as the paint particles tend to be blown away. Apart from everything that applies to exterior paints, something that needs to be paid attention to while choosing a paint is that dark colours absorb heat and light colours reflect it.

Commercial / Residential Building Maintenance

We offer three-month, six-month and annual maintenance contracts for residential and commercial buildings. Our contract includes being responsible for maintaining the property in excellent condition. We clean the windows, the interiors and the exteriors (including the roof and gutters) so that they look their best, and also touch up where the paint has cracked or peeled. This not only keeps it looking great, it also saves you from a lot of unnecessary expenditure later as such periodic maintenance can inhibit fungus growth (mould/mildew) on the walls and in corners and also prevent timber from rotting.

Concrete floor painting / sealing / staining

Concrete is remarkably strong and forms the base for flooring already in most cases where the building has been constructed in recent decades. While hitherto it was believed that an additional layer of flooring-specific material such as marble, granite, wooden panels or vitrified ceramic tiles was required to make it presentable, that is no longer the case. Concrete can be painted upon and the staining process gives it a glossy, luxurious and exclusive look with depth that cannot be easily beaten, at a fraction of the cost associated with installing conventional flooring materials.

Decks and Fence Staining

Decks and fences both need to be cleaned first. If they have been painted or stained before, that needs to be stripped out completely as well.
Why not use paint?
Interior paint cannot withstand harsh exterior conditions and the application of these paints only result in cracking and peeling of the paint. Exterior paint, while being able to resist the weather, is meant for vertical surfaces and not for horizontal surfaces. And as such, staining is what is suggested instead of paint for decks.
